Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Texas to guide clients through the mortgage process and promote a full suite of home lending products. You will act as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and superior customer service.

You will mentor branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing efforts to grow originations while building lasting client relationships and providing expert guidance on financing options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales/real estate or related field.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
