Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, delivering guidance, regulatory adherence, and a high-touch experience.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations while applying knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; a focus on local market awareness, clear communication, and trusted financial counsel.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meeting with customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
Builds internal and external mortgage expertise and maintains relationships with customers, offering consultative financial guidance.
