Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of the loan, delivering guidance, regulatory adherence, and a high-touch experience.

You will coach branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations while applying knowledge of FHA/VA and FNMA/FHLMC guidelines; a focus on local market awareness, clear communication, and trusted financial counsel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds internal and external mortgage expertise and maintains relationships with customers, offering consultative financial guidance.
