Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage lifecycle. The role emphasizes consulting, product knowledge, and compliance with lending standards.

You will partner with branch teams and bankers to promote mortgage loan originations and provide superior customer experiences. The position requires in-depth knowledge of real estate markets, FHA/VA guidelines, and a track record of sales success in retail banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Work with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing channels.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
