Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey, serving as a primary contact for loan originations and expert guidance. The role partners with branch teams and bankers to promote products while ensuring regulatory compliance and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories).
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
