Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to act as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, product promotion, and a strong advisory stance in home lending.

You will guide clients toward homeownership by leveraging knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and working closely with branches to originate mortgage loans. This is a high-energy, customer-focused opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market and guidelines for FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meet with customers and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and channels.
• Promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and report within formal structures.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
