JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting home lending products. You will support the team with knowledge and guidance in this area of specialization.

You will coach branch teams, meet with clients, and collaborate with retail branches to grow mortgage originations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and lead generation efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
