Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan. You will deliver expert guidance on mortgage products while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting Chase Home Lending’s sales goals.

You will also coach branch teams, meet with clients, promote mortgage originations in footprint territories, and cultivate strong customer relationships through consultative analysis and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Work with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
