Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New Jersey seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, while promoting Chase Home Lending products in a compliant manner.

You will guide clients from pre-qualification to closing and beyond, ensuring a high level of service and adherence to regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes coaching branches, cross-selling across Chase products, and developing strong relationships with customers and retail

Qualifications

Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meeting with customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products.
Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
Builds as the internal and external mortgage expert; provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
