Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle. The role emphasizes guiding clients to homeownership, while meeting regulatory requirements and leveraging Chase marketing and cross-sell capabilities.

The position focuses on building strong client relationships, providing informed recommendations, and collaborating with branch teams to originate mortgage loans across footprint territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
