Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New Jersey seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle with expert mortgage knowledge and exceptional service. You will be the primary contact for customers while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase home lending products.

You will mentor branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and drive strong mortgage origination results. The ideal candidate has at least three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting with their customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts and digital channels.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds as internal and external mortgage expert and provides recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
