Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor within Chase Home Lending to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle, while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting the bank's mortgage products.

The role focuses on guiding clients to homeownership and collaborating with branch teams to optimize customer experience and mortgage originations, leveraging marketing and partnership strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
