Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meet with customers and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborate to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and align with reporting structures.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
