Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Texas to guide clients through the mortgage process and deliver exceptional service.

You will coach branch teams, meet with clients, partner with bankers to promote mortgage originations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in mortgage lending and strong communication, with familiarity with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
