Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Texas is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey and serve as the primary contact for loan needs. You will support customers by providing expert knowledge in home lending products throughout the life of the loan.

You will train branch teams, meet clients with bankers, and promote products while adhering to regulatory requirements and NMLS standards. Strong relationship building and financial analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of local real estate market.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team with product training.
Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
Collaborates with the team to promote an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts.
Builds partnerships with branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Acts as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
