Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. The Chase Home Lending team supports you with product knowledge and regulatory guidance.

You will guide clients toward homeownership and collaborate with branch teams to maximize mortgage originations while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds a role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains client relationships.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
