Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan life cycle in Chase Home Lending. You will help clients navigate mortgage products, explain guidelines, and coordinate with bankers to grow mortgage originations.

The role requires strong sales experience in retail banking, knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
