Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will promote home lending products, adhere to regulatory requirements, and guide clients toward homeownership with a high level of service.

You will collaborate with a motivated team to deliver refined customer experiences, using marketing, cross-sell strategies, and centralized resources to optimize mortgage originations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs.
