Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to act as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle.

You will guide clients on home lending products, stay compliant with regulations, and collaborate with the Home Lending team to share expertise and promote financial solutions. You will mentor branch staff, work with bankers to connect clients with related products, and help drive mortgage originations while delivering an exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to recommend options based on financial analysis and customer needs.
