Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Oregon is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the loan lifecycle, applying deep knowledge of home lending products.

You will join a motivated team, guide clients to homeownership, adhere to regulatory requirements, and promote mortgage products through collaboration, service excellence, and consultative lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through various marketing efforts.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories.
• Builds as mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
