You will coach branch staff, meet with customers to discuss financing options, and collaborate with marketing and bankers to deliver an outstanding customer experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Maintains knowledge as the internal and external mortgage expert and strong relationships with customers.
