Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent experience required.
Experience in residential mortgage sales preferred.
Ability to analyze financial information for loan qualification.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of mortgage regulations (RESPA, fair lending).

Responsibilities

Consult with customers about financial situations and lending needs for home ownership goals.
Collect and analyze information on finances, goals, risk tolerance, income, assets, debts, and credit history.
Assess loan eligibility and suggest suitable lending solutions.
Promote Citi's lending services to clients and referral sources.
