Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team in Chicago is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to be the primary contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle, delivering expert guidance on mortgage products and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with branch teams to drive mortgage originations, provide a superior customer experience, and build lasting relationships while growing the business and maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team on products and services.
• Partners with bankers; meets customers and introduces new clients for additional products.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and aligns with reporting structures.
• Builds expertise as the mortgage authority and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
