Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to guide clients through the loan process and promote mortgage products. You will be the primary contact for customers, while the team provides knowledge and regulatory compliance support.

You will collaborate with bankers, mentor staff, and help grow mortgage originations across footprint territories. The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and a deep understanding of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create a superior customer experience using marketing and other programs.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
