Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains the branch team on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to market and cross-sell for an outstanding customer experience.
