Wealthfront MOps seeks a senior mortgage loan closer/funder to join our team and ensure a smooth closing and funding experience for clients. You will guide clients through final steps of their home loan journey, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless closing transaction.

You will shape the systems behind the process by partnering with engineering and vendor teams to enhance document generation, funding, and investor delivery in a rapidly growing, tech-enabled mortgage operation.

Formación

• 4+ years mortgage loan closing and funding experience in a Senior or Team Leader capacity.
• Broker or correspondent environment experience is a plus.
• Experience preparing wire orders and funding authorization reviews.
• Proficiency in LOS systems, document preparation software and closing platforms.
• Proficiency reading and interpreting XML and MISMO files.
• Experience with take-out investor delivery and warehouse line funding workflows.
• Experience training and mentoring others.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the final operational check for final documents and funding, managing disbursements and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Manage the closing workflow, ensuring timely package generation, accurate fee reconciliation and TRID compliance.
• Prepare and review CDs, loan documents and escrow instructions for compliance with laws and investor guidelines.
• Oversee full funding process, including wire requests and funding authorization reviews.
• Lead complex closing transactions as SME on loan documentation, compliance and funding.
• Collaborate with engineering and vendors on system projects affecting closing/funding.
