Job summary

Wealthfront MOps is seeking an experienced mortgage loan closer to join our team. You will guide clients through the final steps of their home loan journey, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a seamless closing transaction, while collaborating with processing, origination and post-closing teams.

You will leverage your 4+ years of closing experience, proficiency with LOS systems and closing platforms to deliver exceptional service in a fast-growing mortgage operations environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail mortgage loan closing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead final review of complex loans (multi-lien transactions; CEMA).
• Manage funding for complex transactions with focus on accuracy.
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents and borrowers to facilitate closing.
• Prepare and review CDs, loan documents and escrow instructions for compliance.
• Lead complex closing transactions and provide expertise on loan documentation and funding.
