Job summary

Westfield Bank seeks a Closer/Funder in our Retail Lending team to manage closing documents for mortgage, equity and consumer loans. You will ensure TRID compliance, coordinate closings with borrowers, Loan Officers, Attorneys and branches, and perform pre-close and post-close reviews for accuracy before funding and posting to servicing.

This full-time role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and knowledge of secondary mortgage market guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with TRID regulations and secondary market mortgage guidelines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Encompass experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan closing documents for mortgage and equity loans and ensure accuracy for compliance.
• Coordinate closings with Attorneys, Processors, Loan Officers, branches and borrowers.
• Prepare subordination documents and wires for closings.
• Review documents for accuracy including title, insurance, and closing service letters.
• Perform post-close QC and export files to Loan Servicing.
