Qualifications

• 4+ years mortgage loan closing experience.
• Proficiency in LOS systems, Document Preparation software and closing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of closing guidelines.
• Experience training and mentoring others.
• Understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead final review of complex loans (multi-lien transactions; CEMA).
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents and borrowers to facilitate the closing.
• Prepare and review CDs, loan documents and escrow instructions to ensure compliance with federal, state and investor guidelines.
• Ensure all loan closing packages meet compliance standards.
• Lead complex closing transactions and provide expertise on loan documentation.
• Proactively maintain loan pipeline and deadlines.
• Perform Post-closing duties as needed.
