Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending in Texas. You will be the primary contact for clients during the loan lifecycle, promoting mortgage products and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will guide clients toward homeownership, coordinate with branch teams, and leverage marketing and cross-sell strategies to grow originations in footprint markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
