Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage journey as the primary contact from origination to closing. You will collaborate with bankers and marketing teams to grow mortgage originations while ensuring regulatory compliance and superior client experience.

You will leverage knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines and real estate markets to deliver tailored solutions and build lasting client relationships across Chase Home Lending.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales/real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations in footprint territories.
• Builds role as mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
