JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the main contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. You will work with a dynamic Home Lending team to promote responsible lending and deliver a superior mortgage experience.

You will guide clients through complex financing options, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage cross-sell opportunities to grow mortgage originations within footprint branches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coaches and mentors branch teams with product training.
• Meets with customers and introduces them to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates on marketing efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Develops partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Acts as an internal/external mortgage expert and builds strong customer relationships.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
