Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the main contact for clients throughout the life of their loan. The role requires guiding clients in home lending products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with the Home Lending team to grow mortgage originations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good customer relationships.
• Provides recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge to meet customer needs.
