Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel; analytics experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong operational thinking, workflow optimization, and data governance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own workflow design and process optimization.
• Map and standardize end-to-end campaign and revenue workflow.
• Identify inefficiencies and reduce manual work.
• Drive consistency across teams and processes.
• Lead tooling, platforms, and automation (CRM, OMS, inventory).
• Build automation across planning, trafficking, and reporting workflows.
• Partner with engineering on integrations and scalability.
• Establish single source of truth across systems and reporting.
• Define data governance and standardization practices.
• Build reporting frameworks to track efficiency and operational performance.
• Develop cross-functional teams and talent through coaching and stretch assignments.
• Support strategic staffing and succession planning.
