• Data-driven analyses to surface opportunities to differentiate and improve products and user experiences across digital products, services, and channels.
• Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives using agile and design-thinking principles.
• Develop digital training and leadership programs to enable talent development.
• Conceptualize digital strategy and programmatic delivery of digital-enabled business changes.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues.
• Develop new methods, tools and programs for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to budgeting by developing and delivering budget plans with guidance from seniors.
• Lead in detecting and analyzing cybersecurity incidents and remediate security gaps.
• Communicate actions needed to implement the function's strategy and motivate the team.
