DICK'S Sporting Goods seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a trusted strategic business partner to leadership across Finance and Construction, shaping talent strategies, organization design, and capability needs.

The role collaborates with Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Talent Management to implement HR programs aligned with business priorities, while guiding succession, promotions, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 7-10 years of HR experience including knowledge of employment law.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to senior leaders across Finance and Construction.
• Lead HR processes, organizational development initiatives, and align HR programs with business objectives.
• Partner with VP of HR to drive organizational change initiatives and secure leadership buy-in.
• Conduct root cause analysis with leadership to improve engagement, turnover, and talent development.
• Review HR analytics to inform strategies and risk mitigation.
• Manage payroll budget for assigned client groups and coordinate market adjustments.
