Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build its first dedicated pricing function. You will own the strategy end-to-end—from willingness-to-pay research and value metric design to packaging architecture and AI pricing methodologies across SaaS and AI product lines.

You will stand up the function, partner with senior leaders, and shape governance and cadence for 2027 and beyond, reporting to the CPO.

Qualifications

• Ability to run willingness-to-pay studies and defend methodology to executives.
• Define and design value metrics across product categories to drive net revenue retention.
• Own packaging architecture including tiers, feature gates and bundles across portfolios.
• Build and maintain competitive pricing intelligence and benchmark studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead willingness-to-pay research for Que monetization and broader portfolio.
• Define value metrics by category to drive durable revenue growth.
• Design pricing packaging, tiering, and bundles for current and new products.
• Establish and maintain competitive pricing intelligence.
• Deliver board-ready pricing benchmark studies and forecast inputs for investments.
