Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build its first dedicated pricing function. You will own willingness-to-pay research, value metric design, packaging architecture, and AI pricing methodologies across our SaaS and AI product lines.

As the first pricing hire, you will shape strategy, governance, and cadence from the ground up, reporting to the CPO with broad cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing strategy for B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing willingness-to-pay studies.
• Ability to define value metrics and packaging.
• Experience building pricing governance and committees.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, and CEO.
• Experience with AI pricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead willingness-to-pay research for Que and broader portfolio.
• Define packaging architecture and tier definitions.
• Build competitive pricing intelligence and benchmark studies.
• Provide pricing input on new product proposals and forecasts.
• Partner with CPO on Pricing Committee reviews.
• Own methodology for AI-first monetization across portfolios.
