Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build its first dedicated pricing function. You will own the strategy end-to-end, from willingness-to-pay research to AI pricing methodologies, reporting to the CPO.

This is an executive-level individual contributor role with broad scope across product, finance and commercial teams. You will design value metrics, packaging, and governance, shaping how pricing drives revenue, margins, and growth across SaaS products and a growing

Qualifications

• A pricing methodologist who can defend methodology to CFOs and customers.
• Experience designing value metrics and packaging for multi-product portfolios.
• Exposure to usage-based and outcome-based AI pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Own willingness-to-pay studies for new SKUs and monetization.
• Define value metrics by category to drive durable revenue retention.
• Own packaging architecture including tier definitions and bundle design.
• Build and maintain competitive pricing intelligence.
