Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build our first dedicated pricing function. This senior individual contributor role owns willingness-to-pay research, value metric design, packaging architecture, and AI pricing across a SaaS portfolio and a fast-growing AI product line.

You will stand up the strategy from ground up, partnering with senior leaders and the CPO to set governance and cadence for 2027 and beyond, and you will have the latitude to shape the future of

Qualifications

• Have run conjoint analysis, Van Westendorp, and value-based pricing studies.
• Ability to formalize value metrics and packaging for multi-product portfolios.
• Experienced as an individual contributor with senior-level influence and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiar with AI pricing concepts and ongoing market trends.

Responsibilities

• Own willingness-to-pay research for Que monetization and the broader portfolio.
• Define value metrics by category to drive durable revenue retention.
• Design packaging architecture with tier definitions, feature gating, and bundles.
• Build and maintain competitive pricing intelligence.
• Deliver pricing inputs for new product investments and business cases.
• Partner with the CPO on Pricing Committee strategic reviews and governance.
