Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build its first dedicated pricing function. This senior role owns willingness-to-pay research, value metric design, packaging architecture, and AI pricing methodologies across a SaaS portfolio and a growing AI product line.

You will assess existing pricing structures, stand up the strategy from the ground up, and partner with senior leaders to align pricing with the operating plan for 2027 and beyond.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing strategy at a multi-product B2B SaaS company or pricing strategy consulting.
• Experience designing value metrics and packaging for a multi-product portfolio.
• Exposure to AI pricing models and pricing governance is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own willingness-to-pay research for new SKUs and Que monetization.
• Define value metrics by category (donor, volume, record, insight).
• Own packaging architecture: tier definitions, feature gating, and bundles.
• Build and maintain competitive pricing intelligence across the market.
