Bonterra is seeking a Staff Monetization and Pricing Strategist to build its first dedicated pricing function. Qualifications

• 6+ years in pricing strategy or equivalent experience.
• Ownership of willingness-to-pay studies from design to pricing decision.
• Experience defining value metrics and packaging for multi-product portfolios.
• Exposure to usage-based and outcome-based AI pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Own willingness-to-pay research and value metric design for Que and broader product portfolio.
• Define packaging architecture including tier definitions and bundle design.
• Build competitive pricing intelligence and monitor market benchmarks.
