Heartland Business Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Modern Work Engineer II to join the Modern Work / Data & AI practice. You will drive backend development across Microsoft technologies, SharePoint, and Power Platform to deliver innovative solutions for clients in the US market.

You will lead presales activities, mentor junior teammates, and collaborate with business leaders to translate complex business needs into scalable Microsoft-based workflows and solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ Business Consulting experience.
• 10+ years’ experience analyzing and building existing collaboration systems.
• 10+ years’ experience scoping M365 implementation projects, partnering with Engineering and Cloud Architecture teams to ensure all key components are identified and dimensioned.
• 10+ years’ experience working in SharePoint on prem environments, including SharePoint 2013, 2016, and 2019.
• Active technical certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• Maintain an outcome focused mindset.
• Have strong prioritization skills.
• Always be a team player.
• Carry a professional attitude and respectful demeanor.

Aufgaben

• Lead charge hour planning and ensure a balance between billable and presales work.
• Provide weekly support for project and incident management.
• Lead pre-sales activities including client meetings, solution design, and project estimation.
• Engage with clients to align Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions with business goals.
• Research and integrate new Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, M365 Copilot, etc.).
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior Modern Work and AI teammates and promote M365 best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders outside IT to develop solutions.
• Communicate effectively with executive and technical leadership.
