Qualifications
- 5+ years’ Business Consulting experience.
- 10+ years’ experience analyzing and building existing collaboration systems.
- 10+ years’ experience scoping M365 implementation projects, partnering with Engineering and Cloud Architecture teams.
- 10+ years’ experience working in SharePoint on prem environments (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019).
- Active technical certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace.
Responsibilities
- Charge hour goal of 1,450 hours annually with balance of billable and presales work.
- Provide 2–4 hours/week of support for project and escalated incident management.
- Lead pre-sales activities including client meetings, design, proposals, and project estimates.
- Engage with clients to propose Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions aligned to goal and vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
- Mentor junior Modern Work and AI teammates in M365 best practices.
