Qualifications
- 5 years' Business Consulting experience.
- 10 years' experience analyzing and building existing collaboration systems.
- 10 years' experience scoping M365 implementation projects.
- 10 years' experience working in SharePoint on prem environments.
- Active technical certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace.
- Maintain an outcome focused mindset.
- Have strong prioritization skills.
- Always be a team player.
- Carry a professional attitude and respectful demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales activities including meeting prospective clients and solution design, proposal writing and project estimating.
- Provide 2-4 hours/week of support for project and escalated incident management tickets for current customers.
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and propose Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions.
- Dedicate time to researching, evaluating, and integrating new Microsoft technologies.
- Lead mentoring activities for junior Modern Work and AI teammates.
