Heartland Technology Group in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Senior Modern Work Engineer II to advance Microsoft AI and Microsoft 365 projects. You will focus on backend development, SharePoint, Power Platform, and custom development to solve complex business problems.

You will lead presales activities, design solutions, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with business leaders to deliver innovative Microsoft-based solutions across the organization.

Qualifikationen

5+ years’ Business Consulting experience
10+ years’ experience analyzing and building existing collaboration systems
10+ years’ experience scoping M365 implementation projects
10+ years’ experience working in SharePoint on prem environments (2013/2016/2019)
Active technical certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace
Maintain an outcome focused mindset
Strong prioritization skills
Team player with professional attitude

Aufgaben

Lead pre-sales activities including client meetings and solution design
Propose Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions aligned with client goals
Mentor junior Modern Work/AI teammates and share best practices
Communicate to executives and technical leaders on solutions and progress
