T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Sr Mobile Expert for our Experience stores. You will deliver best-in-class customer service and apply retail expertise, using new systems and a product roadmap designed for these locations to resolve customer needs from research to resolution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Mobile Expert preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care or Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and develop knowledge to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a culture of sales and service.
