Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Sr Mobile Expert to deliver best-in-class customer service in our company-owned Experience stores, blending retail know-how with product solutions. You’ll help attract new customers and provide top-tier service to existing ones.

You’ll work with new systems and tools, collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering to resolve issues, and participate in curated training to grow your expertise and advance your career in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Retail experience (12+ months as Neighborhood Mobile Expert) preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care or Elite Expert, Technical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current and act as SME for T-Mobile.
• Consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a culture of sales and service.
