Job summary

Sr Mobile Expert at T-Mobile will join our Experience stores to deliver best-in-class customer service while leveraging retail expertise. This role uses new systems and tools to solve customer needs from research to resolution and supports a product roadmap crafted for store locations.

You'll train continuously to enhance expertise, working with peers from Customer Service and Engineering to create a one-stop resolution experience and drive store results through teamwork and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience: 12+ months as Neighborhood Mobile Expert or related role.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care and Technical Care experience is noted in internal progression.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become SME in T-Mobile offerings and processes.
• Utilizes digital tools in customer interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to foster a sales and service culture.
