Job summary

The role supports a one-stop resolution approach, working with Customer Service and Engineering to resolve customer pain points. You’ll receive curated training and ongoing development in a team-based environment focused on sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Retail experience preferred for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to learn new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to act as SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates to build a strong sales and service culture.
