Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience: 12+ months in a high-volume environment.
• Care roles: Elite Expert, Account Care, Technical Care required.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Complete ongoing training to become SME in all things T-Mobile.
• Leverage digital tools during interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborate to build a culture of sales and service.
